This is a great example of integration marketing and word of mouth marketing combined.

Circular Strength Training is a new training modality that has gained prominence in the US.

What many people do not know is that it has been around for 15 years.

My prediction is that the integration of CST into a large gym chain like Equinox is going to exponentially grow their exposure and word of mouth.

Other gym chains will soon follow suit.

It is possible that in the future we will start seeing exclusive exercise programs that are only offered in selected gyms, creating a specialization within the fitness industry.

The true gains in this partnership is definitely in the backend, further DVDs for training, equipment specific instruction with Equinox in the background, posters for training programs within the Equinox gym that drives further membership into the programs. There are just literally hundreds of transactional streams that can be created once a person sets foot into the gym.

Not to mention that by integrating with a gym, CST gets free publicity whenever Equinox runs their ads or gains a new client.

It is a beautiful relationship.

I Love doing my hiit routine in the afternoon . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper bodybuilding exercise , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.
